This is a great reminder to keep moving and be active. It can do everything you think and much more. You can change the color and layout to match your mood or clothes. It monitors your sleep and stress level. Tracks your heart rate and workouts.
This is a great additional accessory to have. MUST BUY

Will this Sync with the S5 Active ? I know that The S5 Active has these features built in but would like to have access without carrying my Phone

Continuous Heart Rate Tracking

Is there an app or a setting I can modify to get the watch to act more like a traditional heart rate monitor. I was excited to use this to track exercise, but the default settings don't do a good job.
If you select walking or running, it will continue to monitor your heart until you click pause or stop. The heart rate will be located inside the green heart on the side

Does it automatically track all activity?

Will it know i am walking and track it and then know i am running and track that and know i am sleeping and track that ect. Or do i have to physically select the activities i will be doing first?
No it will not automatically track your workouts or sleep. Your steps on the other hand will always be tracked. But if you want to track walking or running or your sleep, you just simply select it (it takes less than 10 seconds to do it).
