What's great about it: Better buy than getting just maps upgrade. Also has more features and larger screen
What's not so great: go to Address is by street name & # anywhere in the USA Vs the older you had to specify City & State
This unit takes a bit getting used to as it does not ask for city & State.
I have not used it long enough to know if this will be a problem.
It was a good price that included Traffic and Maps for life.
The Optional Sim slot is a Mini Slot for added maps like Europe.
Luckily my Sim chip fits the new unit when you take it our of the carrier.
This product has... Large/easy to see screen, Easy menus, Lifetime traffic, Free map updates, traffic updates
About me... Budget Conscious, casual user

I want to Track my car on my computer

The Garmin Nuvi does not do this.
However you can use an App on the iPhone that tracks the location of any of your Apple devices. This App only works on APPLE products so you would have to have a iPad or MAC to complete the chain

updating garmin 2555 says its 100% done but it has 11min to go what do I do is it done
CLick Done and then try reloading the updates.
If everything is current it will tell you so without reloading.
