What's great about it: Plug n play
What's not so great: Poorly made, doesn't register most the time, hurts after an hour, etc...
I was very disappointed when I bought these and brought home I was expecting more. All I felt after using was I shoulda just spent more on the better headsets. Waste of money

How do I get this headset to work?

I been trying to use it on DCUO for PS4 and I can hear the people talking to me but when I talk back to the other players they cannot hear anything I am saying. It's like the mic is in mute. I even made sure it was turned ON
I had this same problem it's honestly hit or miss. It's just a bad headset just plug n unplug till it works

How to turn volume up

I brought the new ps4 rocket fish headset an trying to figure out how to turn the volume up
Volume is low in general with the headset but if you hit the button on controller and edit sound settings for headphones it'll boost some.
