What's great about it: Easy to install and use
What's not so great: nothing works great
I use the the SURFboard cable modem. My speed is great even using up to three computers at the same time. Very easy to install.
This product has... Secure connection, Easy to set up, Reliable connection

With the Motorola SB6121 Modem, does it offer a wireless router, or is it one that has to stay plugged into a computer?

You would have to buy a wireless router also for wireless or connect into the computer. It does not have a built in wireless router.
