What's great about it: steam cleaning option
What's not so great: all seems just fine
First time I have purchased a new dryer along with washer. Selected this one because of the ability to steam. Love the feature.
This product is or has... Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, Acceptable level of noise, A steam cycle
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: easy to load and unload. Uses less water
What's not so great: have not found any not positive
This is the first time we have purchased a washer and dryer new. We purchased these due to wanting to have more efficient machines. It uses less water but everything still comes out perfect. We are so happy we chose this top load set.
This product is or has... Big enough capacity for a comforter, A steam cycle, Stability, so it doesn't vibrate my house, All the cycles I need, Acceptable level of noise, Great at getting wrinkles out, All the settings I need

What's great about it: very quite and easy to use
What's not so great: haven't found anything negative
This is the first washer and dryer my wife has ever purchased new. She loves how little water it uses. She purchased this dryer because of the steam feature which works great
I would recommend this to a friend!

Height With Lid Open To Put In and Remove Clothes

What is the height (inches) needed when lid is open? With the hinge on the lid, can clothes be put in and removed when lid is folded back? What would that height (inches) be? I have upper cabinets and need to know if I have space to open lid.
54 1/2" is needed when lid is open all the way.
Yes clothes can be put in and removed with the lid folded back. We have an upper cabinet as well.
