What's the max power supply required?
Since this card only has tdp of 60 watts you can run it with a 300 watt power supply or higher just whatever you decide you want in your pc.

Will it fit?
I have a first gen Alienware x51 i5 will this fit on my tower? and if it can what power supply do i need to meet this GPUs need.
I researched around and found that it will work with the x51 just the way it is just download and install the latest video drivers from NVidia.
