Bose color link doesn't hold a charge
I received this as a gift last year and it doesn't hold a charge. I have only used it a handful of times so I do not believe I burned out the battery. I mean how can you burn out a battery using it less than 10 times. At first I thought I had forgot to turn it off or it accidentally turned on in my luggage. But the last two times I have charged it a few hours and used for maybe 1-2 hours, turned it off. And the next day it was dead and wouldn't turn on until connected to battery source to recharge. What type of warranty is there? It was bought at best buy with a silver rewards members number.
