To tell the truth, this is not my first trackball. I like the design, and it's great for accurate positioning on screen, and easy on the hand, too. NO accidental clicks, either, because positioning the cursor is separate from selecting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a trackman m570 and the ball is not moving the pointer slower than usual, I clean it out put a new battery in which helped a bit but its still not working properly.

While the trackball is out, really clean the three bearing points, a small brush helps.
