This drive has been great so far. Had it installed for a couple of months now and the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the remote connectivity sometimes hangs up when transferring files from outside the home network.
Internally to my home network, the drive works great, just as I had hoped. We are storing all our documents, pictures, music files, etc. on the drive and can access everything from all different types of devices. Just what I was looking for!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cloud sharing

Can it be configured for 3 or more people, so that each has their our allocation of space? Each person should be able to access it from a mapped drive letter on their computer. It should also be password protected.
Yes, the drive can be configured for multiple people. I have 5 different people setup with their own folders. Folders can be mapped on the local network like any mapped drive. I don't know if you can allocate a specific amount of space for each user though and I haven't set password restrictions.
