What's great about it: display quality, viewing ease since my arms are getting short
What's not so great: taking a little time/effort to become familiar with all features
This is the best phone I have ever owned. The display is terriffic, the size is large enough for my needs, as I am beginning to have more trouble seeing small things at close distances. I have used this phone with Netflix, & dish remote, & the picture at normal handeling range has the same relative viewing size as my 40" high def flat screen tv from about 10' away. Sound quality & volume are great too, 'cause I use the phone to stream radio all the time. The screen seems very scratch resistant. I couldn't be happier.
Btw, the people @ BestBuy were great getting me started. It's good to have people to walk you through things to get started, & if one person didn't know the answer, another one did. Thanks!

Is this phone the 16gb version or do I have to buy a microSD card?

The phone title or specs on this website do not show how much memory the phone comes with. I expect it to be 16gb, but since it's 100$ cheaper than the verizon wireless website I just wonder if it comes with less memory.
It has 16 gig internal, will accept a 64 gig micro sd chip.
