Headsets seem to last around 2 years with heavy use and heavy charging. I just got my 3rd one and they have all been consistently clear and dependable.
I've had 3 other plantronics plus moto units and others. I always go back to Plantronics and this is the best one so far. I use it on my phone and laptop through skype and ring central.

Yes it should. It works great on my wife's Galaxy S5

Does it work well with a bluetooth-enabled Windows (7, 8, or 10) laptop?
In particular, does it work with Skype for Business?
I use it on my Dell latitude on skype and ring central. And my phone is tied to it at the same time. I'm on Win 10.

can i pair with two devices?
I use it on my phone and laptop at the same time. Works great.
