The software could use more improvement. The question "your two-income married couple subtraction” for the state portion was confusing. Also, I had a problem trying to find the IP Pin section. I tried to find a phone number on the internet for Turbo Tax to ask a question, but I couldn't find one.

What's great about it: nothing. hard to get use to the microsoft word
What's not so great: the Microsoft word, 2010 is better
I bought a copy of Microsoft 2010 software, used it on a new computer, but had problems with the new computer and had to return it. Before returning it, I removed the Microsoft 2013 software. When I tried to reload the software on a new computer, I could not register it. When I called Microsoft, they told me that once the software was used, it could not be used again on any other computer, so I lost my money. I tried to find a new copy of 2010 but no one seems to have any copies available. That was a real disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On turning on my 5113 cd player the screen indicates "welcome" and then an immediate "goodbye" - so I cannot get it to work. What can be the problem?
I had that same problem at first. Read the manual that came with it, it's in English and Spanish. Both are on the same paper that came with it. Make sure you are not pushing the button to turn the radio on. There is a button that turns the CD on to play. Look at your instruction manual carefully, and then match the buttons on the manual with the ones on the diagram. The manual can seem a bit confusing at first.
