What's great about it: Nothing
Asked a Best Buy employee for a Samsung Stylus for my Galaxy Note II. This is the product I was handed, which once Igot home realized it went to a Tablet which I do not own. When I took it back I was then told they do not carry a Stylus for the Note II!
So I looked around myself and found a Samsung product that was a full size Stylus Pen and along with that pen it also camewith the exact Stylus that comes with the Note II.. I then asked 5 more employees if they carried the Stylus for the NoteII and not one had any knowledge of the product at all! Which is also the same issue I ran into at a different location in OKC but this time it was in regards to the battery for the NoteII
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is this S-pen compatible with the Galaxy Tablet 2? I don't see one specifically sold for this device at BB.

Comparable with iPad?

Is this Samsung stylus comparable with the iPad? I like the functionality of using a stylus but most on the market have a tip that is to thick to be practical. The Samsung tip is thin but will it work on my iPad?
They are not compatible.
