Don't know if I am happy with product or not as promised lessons (T-Th-[Sat) have NOT been available the afternoons for the tablet. When I went to buy a tablet I went into the store I told the BB salesperson, I was wanting to know the differences between the Apple I Pad and the Samsung Galaxy; he promptly turned me over to the Samsung sales rep and walked away. I was not impressed with that kind of service from BB. In the last year I have purchased a 50 inch Smart TV, a new Hp laptop, a cell phone, a standing freezer, tablet , and other misc. I have been happy until this service. I think I will probably like this tablet as my son has used it and said , the colors are sharp, clear,crisp. He was impressed. So, I am basing this rating on his reaction,not mine.I will say when I am able to have someone show me how to use it

The only thing I wish this freezer had that it doesn't would be adjustable shelves. Other than that, this freezer is great! No problems at all. I am single and will buy things on sale and/or plan ahead for family dinners that will usually include 8 to10 adults and kids.
I would recommend this to a friend!
