What's great about it: Easy to install
What's not so great: Didn't work with my two year old laptop
Would have been nice is the salesperson we were talking to had been more specific. He asked about the distance to the router and what we use the internet for, but he did not advise that it might not work with all devices. Very frustrating trying to reinstall to make sure we had a connection. Had to return to the store to buy a network adapter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How is sound quality. I am somewhat deaf and have a hard time hearing with my current phone.

I think it's very loud. I haven't been able to use the side volume control to make it quieter as it's ringing, but this feature is helpful to my husband who needs the extra volume.
