What's great about it: Easy to use and works great!
What's not so great: If you don't clean it immediately after use, the smell of whatever you cleaned stays in it
I love this product. It was cheap and works great! It even cleaned up paint we spilled on our hardwood floor without ruining the brushes. It got out dirt from the spaces in our hard floor that I never knew wasn't part of the grout color. Lightweight, easy to use, and easy to store. The only thing is that if you don't clean it after each use, and I mean the entire bottom, not just the brushes and tank, then it will smell like whatever you cleaned before.

Does this work on laminate flooring?

Yes, if used with the tile brush.
