need a blue tooth with a little higher voulem

Yes it has higher volume capability as well. But remember, if you go into system on your phone, tablet or pc you can over ride the federal regulations on volume control to not harm you ear and turn volume up. Understand that over long periods of time you may damage your hearing by increasing above the federal limit.

Can I use this ear piece to sync with my Mac. I Listen and talk to students while I am teaching English. I am looking for a less cumbersome wireless headset with mic to use while teaching. Now I am using the Apple earbuds connected to my PC.

Yes as long as your Mac PC has Bluetooth Technology it will sync to you PC. Remember, it is bluetooth normally used for Android and Apple phones and Tablets...Sometimes other devices near-by will try to sync as well, so be aware of this. Once it syncs to MAC PC you should be alright....but be aware it is bluetooth!!!

It is truly less cumbersome without cords....

Is the volume for the person wearing it loud enough in noisy environments?
