What's great about it: Easy to set up and choose which devices need battery backup
What's not so great: Nothing yet.
My electrical power has frequent sudden outages. Recently this has fired a router and an ethernet cable. Hopefully battery backup will prevent damage.

Can SBG6580 wireless modem be hooked to phone line internet instead of coaxial cable

I believe it only has connection for coaxial cable.
