I do have backups just Incase though.

Can this be installed on the Alienware - Aurora Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 - 1TB Hard Drive - Epic silver Model: AUR5-5714SLV?

It should work fine.
I am running it in an Optiplex 790 Intel Core i7 - 32GB Memory and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 the 960 was a tight fit.. lol

Is this compatible with a Dell XP optiplex 745

Yes it should work.
I have it in an Optiplex 790 they are not that much different..
