Pros:
-Cheap cost. I got this for $25 when it was on sale in January. The price for this can get pretty cheap so it might be worth waiting until the next sale.
-Point systems. I love (this is my favorite thing about it) that the misfit flash is about POINTS and not about steps. You get a different amount of points of the different activities you do (walking, running, basketball, tennis, soccer, swimming, etc.). Steps can be inaccurate; in fact for most trackers they are inaccurate (even this misfit flash on steps is inaccurate). The point system balances that out and helps you worry about actually being active rather than taking lots of steps.
-Recognizes different activities (knows what you're running or walking). You can program it for basketball, soccer, tennis, swimming, and etc. Also knows and keeps track of when you sleep automatically.
-Heard you will soon be able to program this with your phone to take pictures and etc.
-waterproof (I never take mine off)
-blue tooth syncing (syncs w/out taking it off and plugging it into a usb).
-battery lasts 6 months (just like a watch; you just have to replace it twice a year for cheap. Recharging other activity trackers once every two-seven days is a hassle)
-lightweight, does not interfere with clothes and etc, and looks good
-tells you the time through 5 minute intervals
-wearing it as a watch makes it very easy
-good appp to go with it
-compete with your friends (this part is awesome)
-comes with clip and wrist band
Cons
-Does not know when you are working out (lifting weights)
-sometimes does not record your activity (say if you have it on your wrist and are pushing a shopping cart of a baby stroller, it has difficulty reading your movements)
-sometimes losses data when you sync [happened 3 times in the past 4 months, but I sync everyday]
-once you reach your goal and it blinks up, does not show you how much more you are progressing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity Tracker: Use your computer or Bluetooth 4.0-enabled mobile phone or tablet to monitor your workout progress with this activity tracker that wirelessly syncs with your device and tracks steps taken, distance traveled and calories burned.

Will it calculate calories burned while doing Zumba

Yes it will
But it will not be the most accurate
The misfit is more about a point system than counting steps or calories

It will estimate calories for you based on your weight and height that you input
