The LCD screen is fun and is more use full than you think it will be. Slide out pop holder in the middle is great. Freezer is too deep and you forget what is on the bottom, you need a shelf or something.

Does Best Buy install
I currently have a under cabinet microwave. will Best Buy remove the old one and install a new one and if so what is the cost?
The install cost for a standard install is $150.00, more if they run into stuff. I am not sure if that includes removing the old one. I removed mine and installed the new one. It takes two people who are of normal strength.

Will this microwave work with 15 inch deep cabients?
Space out the mounting bracket with plywood and you should be fine.

Can adjustments be made if mounting on deep cabinet?
Ms. Samsung mentioned that maximum cabinet depth should be ~ 14".
I'm designing my cabinets now and would love my cabinet above the stove to be 15-16" deep.
As I've never mounted a unit before, wondering if there is an extra 2" in depth, can't you just mount the unit closer to the front edge and leave the extra 2" sight-unseen on the wall side?

You will need to mount the backing plate for the microwave out with wood spacers as the back wall is a big part of how you mount it.
