I primarily got this cam for Facebook live. Since Facebook lives resolution only goes up to 720p it made no sense to spend more for a 1080i/p cam. I have owned several cams in the past and this one by far has get the best image. It doesn't have a lot of features or robust software but what it lacks in features and software it makes up with performance. It takes really crisp video and the built in microphone does really well also and sounds natural on the video.

several things. Is this webcam compatible with other sites besides Skype? What do I need to purchase besides the WEBCAM? How is the picture and the sound?
The picture and sound are really good and a lot better than most other cameras. The only downside is if you use this camera with other programs such as vmix the cameras options do not keep and it will keep turning on the auto focus which in a live video can be distracting.

What accessories go with this? For example, USB cable + mic connecor, CD driver, etc.
The only thing that comes with it is basic software / drivers on CD. The USB cable is permanently attached to the camera and the microphone is built in. So far after using it a few times I can say it gives a nice clean image and the microphone sounds really good for being a built in feature.
