I have Att uverse. Can I use this router to replace the Att modem so I don't have to rent theirs?

You should be fine, but it is not on their supported devices list.

and does it have battery back up

Yes, but not on their recommended device list. Look at Motorola so you don't get told it is not supported if an engineer ever has to come out.

If I purchase a Broadband Router with Voice do I have to sign up with a provider in order to activate its use?

Absolutely. This only gives you the advantage of not paying your provider for the lease of a voice modem, at approx 7 to 9 dollars a month.

I have an Acer Aspire TC-605 with a LiteOn PS-5201-05 power supply that appears dead following a power surge. I can't find a match for the LiteOn part number, but this appears in stock at the local store. Are they interchangeable?

I have a Thermaltake Core V21 case with an MSI Military Class 4 Motherboard (B85M-P33 V2) I need a compatible power supply with the proper plugs for the motherboard.

You need 600w or greater, preferably a 750w in your rig.

Will the PS replace mine in a Dell P/C Inspirion 546 w/ AMD ATHLON 2x?

I have a Dell P/C Inspirion 546 w/ AMD ATHLON 2x and the power source is failing. I am trying to confirm if this PS would properly work in my PC. The Dell is completely factor original and nothing has been changed or added to it since purchased and I do not intend to add anything else to it.

What connectors does this unit have?

I'm specifically looking for a 20 pin connector, under the specifications theres NOTHING listed about what connectors are on this power supply. The price is good and the free shipping is nice but whats the point in purchasing this product if it will not work for my motherboard.

20 or 24 pin, no problem, there is a break in the 12v rail plug.
