Where/how do you get the free software? They didn't ship Photoshop Elements, Autodesk Sketchbook Express, Anime Studio Debut, etc. with my medium pro

The Trial versions should be on the disc that comes with the unit. They are only trial versions.

what's the difference between a Intuos Pro and a Intuous Pro Special Edition?

Which one is better?
I believe the only difference is the case color.
