What's great about it: The size & that wonderful S pen.
What's not so great: Nothing.
I love the Galaxy Note 3. I upgraded from a Galaxy S3 and now i look back at my GS3 and laugh at it's small size. I love the size of the GN3 as well as the feel/texture of the back cover. I love the convenience of having a stylus (S pen) right in my phone.. just pull it out and bam! I love the color and clarity of the pictures. I have had this for almost a month now and i know there are lots more things to this cool phone that i haven't figured out yet. I just need to sit down and take the time to dive into it a little deeper. Oh, another thing i love about the phone is all the different picture taking modes. It's got a few more than what i had on the GS3. I really love the Galaxy Note 3 and would recommend it to others who would love a bigger screen, but not so big that you can't comfortably hold it. It's great.

what number do I use to listen to my voice mail?

You have to set your phone up and then it will guide you through. If you have the phone through Verizon... then a Verizon voice mail app should pop up on your phone and you just click it. (That's how it works on mine)
