While this memory stick was a stock item, the store did not have one. I needed it quickly and the online order, from the store, was delivered in 2 days. Much quicker than I thought. Very satisfied.

What's great about it: Simple setup
What's not so great: Almost too small
This unit is simple plug-n-play. Very small and compact. Can be "hidden" almost anywhere. I don't expect any problems and long use. I have 2 of them.

What's great about it: Seemed to work as advertised
What's not so great: Included backup program is awful
Installation was quick and easy. The included backup program was awful. It never worked properly and on one of the 3 machines used the program actually hung the computer until I removed the program. I deleted it from all 3 drives and all seemed fine. Satisfied with the drives (all 3 of them) but needed to use another backup program (Handy Backup).
This product has... Reliable, Included software is not useful, Quiet, Large capacity/good size
About me... Budget Conscious, Work with large multimedia files, Need a simple backup solution

The 'Powered' thing.

I know this has been answered but i was wondering if this thing comes with an ac adapter. Like can i power it from a wall outlet and connect it to my computer so i have extra power? Like i dont want it to be supplied power from my usb. I want it to be powered from the wall mostly. Im having trouble with all my usb ports and i was wondering if it was a power problem so this thing being powered by a usb port wouldnt help. If this one cant do what i need it to do can anyone recommend a usb hub that can?
This unit comes with a power supply cord.
