Honestly, I don’t know how anyone who works with Photoshop, or any other graphic program can work without a tablet. Once you get used to it (within a few hours) you’ll wonder why you didn’t buy this sooner.

I’m a professional photographer and really push my computer with some of my images growing to well over 2GB sometimes and this computer never sputters. I have yet to see anything challenge it.

Does the pen have the same level of sensitivity as the medium tablet? In other words, is the only difference the size of the tablet?

Yes. It’s the same thing as the medium, only difference is size.
