What's great about it: Has a self-cleaning cycle that uses only hot water.
What's not so great: The chrome trim shows every spot and fingerprint.
Another great Samsung product! The cycles aren't too long and I love the flexibility of the controls. It plays a tune when its done.
This product is or has... A great water saver, All the cycles I need, Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, Acceptable level of noise, Doesn't vibrate my house, Great at getting tough stains out, Easy to use controls
About me... Looking for energy savings, Budget Conscious, End of cycle signal gets my attention

Does the normal cycle not have hot water?

When I run a normal cycle and put the temp to hot water it comes out cold. the heavy duty did hot water but just in the normal cycle. is this supposed to happen?
My normal cycle lets me choose any temp and seems to get it right. If your hot and cold are hooked up correctly, then it should work. Since the Heavy Duty cycle works for you, I would check out the Samsung website for this one. Good luck!

We bought an electric dryer last year and are now moving to a house that is gas do you ever have a trade in plan at all
