What's great about it: Picture
What's not so great: Weak sound from built in speakers, no sound output
This TV was bought for bedroom, and serves that purpose well. Very quick setup. Excellent price and outstanding picture. Only one HDMI input, so had to buy a splitter to input blu-ray player and satellite receiver. Biggest complaint is sound , as sound from built-in speakers is weak, and unfortunately there is no option to output sound to external speakers.
This product has... Easy to set up, Great value and features for the price, Easy to use remote control, great picture

I have an old VCR that connects via 3 colored plugs, not HDMI. Can I connect that VCR to this TV?

Can connect either composite or component plugs, so old VCR can connect. Instruction sheet very clear on how to make the connections.
