Stepped into the 21st century and replaced a decades old dryer. SO many options and I love the wrinkle guard that cools the clothes to prevent wrinkles. Love the steamer too. Good product.

Large capacity. We had a washer that was 15-20 years old so it is quite a change. I am 5'4 and I have to stand on my toes to get to the bottom of the washer to pull out clothes. A few times, the soap residual was left on clothes. I do laundry less frequently because it is so big. Lots of options for settings.

What's not so great: nothing

Is there a permenant-press cycle ? Are the clothes still wrinkled?

Yes there is a perm press cycle. Lots of cycles.
Clothes come out of washer wrinkled due to design of drum without agitator. Spins aggressively.
