I read reviews for several fitness bands before buying this one. There are several on the market and many of them have similar features but I liked this on the best having a Samsung phone to pair it with. Only thing I wish is that the battery lasted longer, only getting 3 days at full charge. Other than that it does what I need it to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does the gear fit fitness watch track actvie workouts.

Does it track stairs climbed, distance traveled and active minutes.
It can track steps through the pedometer and can track mileage covered in exercise mode. Also the duration of the workout.

can you listen to music with this?

This does not play music itself but it does have the ability to control play/pause and skip track on a Samsung phone playing music

How does the sleep tracker work

You need to manually start and stop the sleep tracking. It will track the duration of the sleep cycle as well as the % of time motionless.

Is this watch GPS enabled? Will it show my route once I get home and sync it to my phone?

I don't like to run with my phone as it is too large, and I'm not a fan of the arm band carriers. Can I still use this watch to run with even if I don't have my phone with me? I need to know if it is GPS enabled to track my routes. Thanks

can you record food and calories

I use s health to record calories, is it possible to do this on the watch?
It does not record any food tracking but it does track calories burned in exercise mode

What is the band made of? I have a problem with plastic or rubber bands. They sweat and irritate my wrist.
