Love my Sharp microwave! Excellent product for it's price category. One touch preset buttons make cooking convenience and fast. Cooks popcorn perfectly!

Is there a light inside of the microwave? Does it come on when you open the door?

The light comes on when you start cooking. Light is off when you open the door

Timer?

I noticed that one of the previous answers to a question said it doesn't have a timer. If you are cooking a Healthy Choice frozen dinner, can it be set to cook for 5 minutes, or what ever the directions suggested?

The express cook has a timer set for 1 minute by choosing 1 up to 6 minutes by choosing 6.

can you set timer and then cancel plus can you time plus cook something?

Not able to cook and set timer at the same time. Preset buttons have specific cooking time already programmed in.
