we had a previous version of this Blu-ray player for about 5 years and it finally stopped working. after spending a whole lot of time reviewing all of the new players, this is the one we chose. the wifi is very good and clear and it has a decent amount of built in apps like vudu and hulu that we use. the picture quality is amazing and it allows me to send data to the box for viewing on the tv.

so we finally got fed up with the high price of cable for 500 channels that no one watches. this antenna has allowed us to receive anywhere from 31 to 45 channels in the local area. It s not a multi-directional antenna and must be pointed in the general direction of the signals. we chose to go halfway in between 4 different stations and get a decent signal. make sure to use the booster that is included as it will make a huge difference. the HD channels are supper clear and are in Dolbi Digital 5.1.

my sons tablet finally bit the dust. we bought him the J3 prepaid phone to use as a tablet only. we removed the SIM card and now he has a tablet. he runs around telling people that he has a phone and its funny. how ever it does allow us the opportunity to actually activate the line if we need to later on.

This TV is AWESOME!!! however, it does not have a TV tuner which means that it is not a TV but a monitor. A fact that 5 sales guys did not let us now. The picture quality was phenomenal and the sound was great too. We took it back because we do not have cable and could not watch tv through our antenna which has a plethora of 1080p channels for free.

what kind of signal booster can be purcahsed ( and where?) for each additional TV?
the antenna comes with a signal booster already and it does a decent job and giving you a decent boost. however, a booster does not clean up a signal. it only amplifies it. so garbage signal in, worse signal to tv after booster.

No it did not at the time that we purchased it.

Yes. The vivosmart Is a super pedometer with all kinds of other options. It is a pretty accurate pedometer as well. I tried shaking it and imitating the movement and it did not count the steps. It works very well.

Product Reject
I've only owned my Vivosmart since mid-October and already the screen seems to be cut off as well as lines running through some of the characters. Is this covered under warranty? If so, how would I go about getting my vivosmart sent in for repair?
First you have to register it through Garmin. Then go in to the support section and file a claim. I went ahead and called them and was taken care of in about 5 minutes. The customer service rep was awesome. I sent it in with insurance and they sent me another one. The whole process took about two weeks for shipping, but you can pay for expedited shipping and make it a much faster process.

Do they have one that doesn't have to be charged
I know someone who never takes it off so then do you just have to replace the battery
The vivosmart has to be charged. The vivofit has a battery that lasts a year or so. If it is a vivosmart they take it off and charge it.
