What's great about it: Light & Clarity is good. Price was also good.
What's not so great: Nothing to complain.
I dislike Bluetooth's cause they never feel comfortable but this one is like if you do not have one on until it is time to answer or listen to music.
Great product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has many people returned these due to sound clarity for the iphone5?

Not that I know of. This product works perfect with my iphone5
