What's great about it: It is much more user friendly. Makes interfacing with the internet much easier. I add to my phone it's on the net.
What's not so great: The price.
I waited for this phone. I knew what the features were going to be. I have really bad arthritis in my hands and this phone makes it all a little easier to handle. It is so wonderful as an interface with the net. I have never seen anything like it. I know that all of the phones are going like that, but this is the first time I have really seen it put into practice. I love the ease of use of the stylus pen it makes writing so easy and then you can use your voice as well. There are so many things about this phone I haven't even begun to explore. I find the camera a little sensitive for my liking. I am a real photographer so I don't know if it is just me and not liking the smaller format or not, but I do find it a bit hard to work with. That is my only complaint.
This product is... Easy navigation, Tough/durable, Good video quality, i needed a larger format and this is it!!!

is the samsung galaxy note 3 4g mobile phone hearing aid compatible? Is it M3/T3 or M4/T4?

Yes it is hearing aid compatible although it does depend on your hearing aid. It is best to check with your hearing aid company and see which device they say would produce the best rating for their hearing aids. In the booklet it says that it is a M5 rating when you add in your hearing aid.
