No it wil not, or I should say it's not geared for it anyways. It's a cable modem designed strictly for cable internet connection. There are some people, however that have made or purchased adapters to use these modems with dail up connections in which I'm not sure how they even successful did it or even why they why they did. I'm sure it's probably expensive and difficult to do as well and I can't see it running that well either. Your better off just buying the correct modem for your setup. Best Buy has some very cheap ones too.
