What's great about it: Controls on cord
What's not so great: Packing in case
This is a great headphone set. I have two of the traditional headphone sets from Bose. This one is much better as far as fit and overall use.,

What is size 4 & 5 in reference to the earbud sizes?

I have very small ears and most earbuds fall out.
The different size earbuds should work for most all people.

How does the QC 20 compares with the Qc 15? Can it be used in flight instead of the 15 with equal result?

How does the QC 20 compares with the Qc 15? Can it be used in flight instead of the 15 with equal result?
I like to QC20 much better and is very usable on flights.
