What a pleasure. A relative had me try hers and I couldn't believe
how light weight and effective it is. Almost fun and so easy to empty dirt!! I say buy it immediately at Best Buy as their price is GREAT!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My handle broke and I had to duct tape it..is this a common problem?

It may be under their warranty. Check owners manual.
