The case looks and fits great, but the leather finish is a slippery wax. The 8 plus phone is fairly large and even with large hands the case is not easy to hold onto. I gently used rubbing alcohol and fine (0000 grade) steel wool to remove the wax. The color and appearance are unchanged, but it's much easier to hold on to the phone now.
I haven't had a chance to try an Apple silicone rubber case, but if you can try them both, you may find that the silicone is grippier and looks just as good.

The A series Sony camera come with chargers that require the battery to be charged in the camera. This charger allows you to use a spare battery while charging the other. A useful product.

I have a home office and frequently spend as much as 6 hours a day on the phone. The Voyager is comfortable to wear, easy to put on and off, and, most importantly, has great battery life. In daily use, a Voyager will provide a battery talk time of 6-7 hours until the unit is well over a year old. I should mention that the sound quality is also excellent. I also like the magnetic charger coupling as I can connect/disconnect from the charger with one hand.

Ooma pretty much does what it claims to do. Functionally, the only reservation is that VOIP seems to have a very slight but perceptible delay. Not normally an issue.
The online manuals are all for an older version of the product and the only up-to-date information is on their somewhat difficult to use forum.
For most questions, their chat support is quick and accurate.
I had issues getting a valid phone number initially, but that was quickly resolved by their phone support. I later ported my existing number and Ooma handled this in four days and kept me up to date throughout the process.

I have had a set of Bose's "on the ear" headphones for several years. They worked well and were comfortable, but bulky. I purchased the in ear headphones on the strength of other reviews, and I am impressed with both the comfort and the sound canceling. It doesn't seem possible, but the in ear headphones provide a significantly higher level of noise cancelation than the on the ear units. The almost completely eliminate the sound of other passengers voices on airplanes. When I first purchased the unit, I put them on without plugging them into my phone. I experimented with turning them on and off while I rapped on a table with my knuckles. When they were on, I literally could not hear the rapping sound.
BTW, they are excellent for making calls in noisy environments.

Does best buy carry bose rechargable batteries?
The batteries are not user replaceable. They do seem to have a very long life though.

Ear bud
Do these earphone come with small ear buds? I have small ears and regular ear but don't fit.
Yes, they come with at least two sizes. Bose uses unique ear buds that don't jam into your ear channel like other headphones. They have small "wings" that hold against the back of the outer ear. I find them to be quite tolerable for 4-5 hours at a stretch.

I need these to record my voice for my job and mitigate outside noise. Can anyone tell me if the microphone is also noise canceling?

Can I recharge the battery from a wall plug with the Kindle usb-wall plug?
I have a wall plug-usb adapter I use to charge my kindle. I can use it in the US or abroad (220v) It has an output of 5.0 v, .85 amps.
Can I use this plug to connect the usb cable and recharge the Bose QC20 noise cancelling earbuds?
