Purchased this as it appeared to be a great value for the money. Bluetooth headsets can be pricey. The design is fine although the ear plug cables from the ear piece to the headset seem a bit thin and fragile.
Sound quality is great for voice calls but that is it. If you are a heavy music listener you will be disappointed in the sound quality.
If you need a headset that is easy to use, will not fall out of your ears and has a comfortable fit, then this is the headset for you.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This bag accommodates my bulky Acer Aspire R-7 laptop, charging cable and small notebook with ease. Perfect for a trip to Starbucks. Bag is stylish and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

High quality ink don't bother with the cheaper stuff. If you see this ink on sale grab a few to keep on hand.

Where can I purchase more ear buds to fit this device?

I was sampling the different sized ear buds one day - one small and one large - to see which fit better. I was having trouble keeping the buds in my ears when I bent over. While I was out, my daughter decided to play with the cute black dots, and now they are nowhere to be found. I am stuck with mismatched ear buds. I would like to get replacements, but can't find them on Best Buy Website. Where can I purchase more ear buds to fit this device?
Unfortunately you will need to contact the manufacturer. This device is not popular enough for Best Buy to sell replacement kits such as for Beats or iHOME.

If you do call, I would ask for a free replacement to make up for the trouble of calling and waiting for replacement ear pieces. Never hurts to ask!
