This is my 5th different pair of Turtle Beach headsets, and easily the worst I've ever owned. The headset and is heavier than the rest I've had and pretty uncomfortable, the chat cord is a tad shorter than I would like, and the sound quality is disappointing. Not a bad headset if you can get it for cheap, but at a retail price of $99.99, I'd have to say stay away (or buy one of the more expensive headsets).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Xbox One release was pretty underwhelming, but it has slowly and steadily gotten each better month. Still pretty buggy at times, but the good point far outweigh the bad.

Requirements
Now I have owned this since this past February and it turns out that my existing computer doesn't agree with it because of the mismatched performance so what is the best and most affordable computer/laptop that I should buy for this?
In the long run you're better off building your own PC than buying a premade PC. better value on parts, plus the ability to upgrade down the line. you could build something quality with as little as $500 and it shouldn't have any problems running the HD60 software. Me personally I have an i5-4690 processor and it runs without flaw. using the Stream function becomes a bit of an issue, but I use 3rd party software (OBS) thats more suited to handle those features.

Can you talk to people/friends?
In the picture there isn't a microphone part it is just the headphones
Yeah, you can chat with friends. The microphone is built into the left ear cup, but unfortunately the positioning is not adjustable.
