I've been using Apple TV for several years and have enjoyed it, but found several programs on Amazon Prime video that I wanted to watch. I was really pleases to see that I could use this very reasonable priced FireStick to access those programs.

I bought this for my 95 year old mother to replace a first generation Amazon Fire. She loves the size and the games and the fact that she can set it up to look just like her iPhone 6.
All in All, we're both pleased

This is my 10th WD Passport Drive. I've been computing since the mid 1980's and have used WD passports exclusively for backup and extra storage since they first came on the market. Having to travel for work, I especially like their sturdy construction and small size. These days they are pretty much plug and play. I don't usually use their backup software, but did find it easy to use. I have only had trouble with one of them and that was probably due to my trying to use one drive for both a PC with Norton and Mac Time Machine backups. While possible, it can be problematic. Customer support was great, very professional and they replaced the drive.

Warranty

I am from India and my cousin is from the USA and he gifted me this drive that he bought.. i wanted to know if i can service this thing in India because it has died on me here in INDIA?
Check with their support web site. They're an international company, so I would imagine so.

Can I use 1 device for a Mac & PC?

I have a Mac & a PC that I need to backup. I can I use 1 of these devices for both at the same time or do I have to get 1 devices?
As mentioned in my review, I tried, but ended up crashing my drive. While it is technically possible, it is not recommended. I lost all of my backup data. Fortunately, I was setting up a new computer and replacing an old drive that was ful and still had the few days of lost data still on my computers.
