Webroot is a great security program. You can use it across devices and buying one enables you to use it on 4 devices. I have it on my laptop and tablet as well. I am so impressed by what this TV can do! I am a Samsung fan and this one definitely lives up to its name. I was skeptical about the whole "smart TV" thing but with a little encouragement from my tech savvy son I decided to bite the bullet and buy it. I am so glad I did. I am a sailor and wanted the ability to view videos of all sorts and be able to see them clearly. The picture on this thing is mind blowing and the TV keeps up with the speed of the movement in the videos. Definitely a cinematography, documentary, takes you anywhere you're watching picture!

I bought this for my son to go with his new Samsung UHD 4K TV. He just needed a device that would allow him access to all the things his new TV can do. There are other options, (like gaming devices, etc) but he wasn't wanting all that. Why does my laptop frees up so much
Probably because it's not picking up the higher speed internet. Try plugging it directly into the modem/router with the ethernet cable. Then download the speed tester app on your phone to see what it's running at. If you see a big difference then you may live in a high interference area and because this laptop doesn't come with the card that picks up the higher speed option to run you'll have to get a usb that boosts the speed. Ask one of the best buy guys which one they recommend. The one I got is a Linksys for $49.00. Haven't experienced freezing or getting kicked off since.

what e reader features does it have
I want a tablet that I can e read on and switch over to videos or class work or work . what features does it have for e reading .
You can download pretty much any app for e-reading and that app will turn your tablet into something similar to a kindle or nook while you are using the app. I believe the screen also has an ideal setting for reading which reduces brightness and glare.
