What's great about it: No wires to get tangled while I walk with dogs or bicycle
What's not so great: Need smaller earbuds.
I was skeptical about wireless headset and even more skeptical about wearing one around my neck. I wanted headset to use when walking dogs & bicycling. After researching decided to try the LG really not expecting to like it but knowing it could be returned easily. After talking with salesperson about the benefit of being able to remove ear-bud when needed without it falling completely off I decided the LG was best for my needs. It is light & not noticeable & I can remove ear-buds whenever needed. The sound and bass is fantastic. I did not think that a wireless could get close to the sound of wired but this one does. It also makes a very nice headset when travelling just to answer phone. Very pleased with the quality and performance of this headset.

increase volumn
I just recently purchased the LG HBS 750 headset and I have pressed the volume control button but still can hardly hear the sounds. When I was at the store I explained to the sales person that I was looking for blue tooth headset to where on a plane. How can I increase the sound
You may want to check the volume on your device in addition to your headset.
