Phone is packed full of features, and has done everything that I excepted and more. My kids have the iPhone and they like the flow of this phone better then their iPhone.

This case does not feel bulky and give the feel of metal, also enhances the appearance of the phone. Kick stand is a nice feature, but this feature is for a landscape not portrait.

Easy set up on windows 7 system. Took a couple of extra tries with the windows 8 system. overall had it up and running in 30 minutes.

If I already have a contract with AT&T does the 49.99 price still apply?

Not sure what the 49.99 is for. If it is the activation fee that would be $40.00, and you would pay the price for the phone, if you continue the with a 2 year agreement. This fee is waved if you elect to go with AT&T next, which the phone would cost about $20.00 a month for about 30 months, but you can then upgrade in 12 to 18 months depending on what you selected.
