Just got one and it took 1hr14 minute and there were only 6 towls in the washer

No way! I would definitely check and see what settings were entered. Even the standard setting our delivery professionals arranged do not take that long. If you cannot figure out the settings, I would call the business and ask this question because that length of time is just not right.. Our machine is so much faster and clothes are so much cleaner that we are thrilled.

Attaching directly to a water faucet

Does this machine attach directly to the kitchen water faucet? Or does it have to be hooked up to hot and cold water pipes?

We paid a small fee for the delivery professionals to haul away the old machines and hook up the new machines. We hooked both machines in the basement laundry room, not the kitchen sink, but there were hot/cold faucets available in the laundry room for direct access.

How do I know my washer is set on large small load?

At the beginning of each load, our washer goes through a sensing feature to see how large the load is then adjusts the water and detergent use based upon those results. Love this feature! Be sure to keep the middle of the washer clear of clothes so the sensor (round circle in center of machine) can properly do its review..

my clothes aren't clean

I changed to this washer, from an old front loading Maytag Neptune Set. I find that my clothes ( I am a pastry chef) aren't that clean. There will still be some things faintly on the clothing that any other time would be completely gone. Any suggestions?

Are you using the HE (high efficiency) detergent? And maybe you can use other options available for cleaning, instead of the option that automatically occurs if you do not manually change the settings at the beginning. Our clothes are SO very clean that I am so surprised you have had problems.

Is there is options for installation for new washer dryer and haul away for the old ones

Yes there is this option for a small fee and we took advantage of it. I believe it only cost $25 or $30 total. Well worth it!

clothes are not clean

all the clothes are coming out with a green tint. Nothing is white anymore. One white knit polo has greenish yellow splotches on it. It is ruined. Not just from one load. It is a continual problem and gets worse and has occurred with every load. We have tried to run a "washer cleaner" and it did not even dissolve. The washer stopped part of the way thru the cycle and said unbalanced. There is nothing in the washer at all. We were running the clean cycle. We have had the LG washer dryer combo for about 6-8 weeks. Do I have a lemon?????

I would definitely contact the business where you purchased the machine! At 6-8 weeks you are still under warranty so if you do have a "lemon" you can replace it, I am sure. Could be a machine problem, but I wonder if it has something to do with your water? Call them immediately, at least before you do another load and ruin more clothes.

Can I use Kirkland signature commercial laundry detergent with this machine?pls clarify.

I believe you can use the Kirkland brand detergent, but I would highly recommend an HE (High Efficiency) type of detergent as this Washington machine does not require as much detergent be used to clean the clothes. We definitely do not use as much detergent any longer because of the HE option. I do not know if the Kirkland brand has an HE detergent, but it is worthwhile to check this out and use it.

How easy is it to level this washer?

We have an uneven laundry room floor & even when leveled (often not easy) previous washers have required us to actually sit on the washer to keep it from jumping around. Is this washer easy to level and keep leveled?

We paid the small fee to have the delivery men install both the washer and dryer for us, so the levelling was done for us by professionals. It too them no time to handle this task, as opposed to how long it may have taken us. I would recommend letting the professionals do it next time.
