Very good product. One of the best bluetooth devices I have ever owned. Decent sound quality for music, and calls, but I just cant get used to having both earbuds in, and not being able to hear whats going on around me. The only time this headset is suitable IMO is for somebody who work say in a factory and listens to music all day everyday, and dosent need to hear whats going on around them.
I also own a Plantronics Marque 2 m165, standard bluetooth (sigle) headset, and it costs less, has better backround noise cancellation for the recieving end, and is much more confortable to wear. I would suggest that product ffor somebody like me who wears their headset from the time they wakeup til the time they go to bed. Not this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had AT&T Uverse in my 700 square foot apartment for the past 8 months, and have the Motorola DSL modem/wireless N router installed in my bedroom on one end of the tiny apartment and I pay for 12mbps download speeds, ad when I am in my bedroom I get anywhere from 12-15, very pleased on that end....
Well, due to the apt. ONLY being allowed to have AT&T service, and everybody having the same AT&T modems and routers running, there is an unimaginable amount of INTERFERENCE over the 2.4 and 5ghz channels.
I am a PC tech. by trade, so I know a few tricks or two, and I did everything I possibly could to get faster than 1-2Mbps on speedtest.net while sitting not even 25 feet away on the couch in the living room, and I finally switched the router to N only, 5ghz broadcast @ 40mhz, on the least crowded channel 10, and settled for a measly 1.5-4mbps download speed that was very inconsistent and very slow for the past 8 months....

Today I went into best buy and decided I was going to grab a range extender to see if it would fix my issues...Just put it this way - THIS IS BYFAR THE BEST ELECTRONIC INVESTMENT I HAVE EVER MADE...I came home, plugged this little box into a random power outlet in my living room, selected the device from my list of available networks, it immediately opened a window it asked me to pick my network and enter my passkey for it, and THAT WAS IT! Now, I am running 2 other laptops in my living room + 4 smartphones all conected, + 1 wireless ipTV (AT&T's garbage TV service) playing an HD program, and with all of this going on I am sitting here typing thi and am consistantly getting 12-14mbps download speeds instead of 1-4mbps before this small investment.....
I cannot rave about this product highly enough.
The only thing I have noticed so far is that the outgoing signal is not very strong when blocked by walls objects ect. I sat my daughters highchair and 2 50 gallon tupperware containers full of christmas ornaments in front of the exteder, and it cut the speedtest in half....Which is still WAY better than before, and still worth every penny (even more). But other than that issue, this is byfar, from every aspect, the best wireless device I have ever purchased. From the ease of use, to the functionality, to reliability.

Will this headphone work on Phillips TV?
If your specific phillips TV has bluetooth built in for adio output, then absolutely....But I have personally never seen a TV that has that feature.
More thn likely you're TV does not have that feature built in, so the product I reccomended just plug into the TV and will do exactly what you want. ;)

Distance from device
What is the maximum distance from my device (iPhone 4s) and the Bluetooth headset will still receive incoming calls?
They say 33ft. but depending on your battery charge, and the phone model, I've gotten up to 50ft.
Plenty of room to move throughout the room you're in, or office, thats forsure.
