What's great about it: GIVES YOU MORE CONTROL OVER HOW THINGS ARE SET UP!
What's not so great: DOESN'T COME WITH A VERY BIG MANUAL FOR INSTRUCTIONS!
I personally think it is an excellent product, good support when you need it, gives you more control over security settings than most wireless routers do that for me was a plus and the price is a bit more than you would pay for say a Belkin Router but it to me is worth every penny.

Verizon Fios Compatible?
I want to replace my outdated Verizon Fios router. Can I replace it with this router?
This router uses Ethernet not USB so if you are using Ethernet cables right now this Router would be a good upgrade for your system.

VPN compatible?
I have to use a vpn connection for my work computer. Is this router compatible?
Yes this Router is good to go for your VPN and if you get stuck call support and they are well trained and can walk you through it. Is that cool or what?
