I love my phone, but not so easy to learn how to use all the bells & whistles. However, technical support from Samsung representatives at Best Buy, where I purchased the phone answered all my questions & demonstrated the features for me. They were very helpful & courteous.

I can't answer that, but if its being offered for $1.00 I would jump at it! I paid $100.00 for mine & that was a sale with a 2 yr. contract. I can't understand why your asking & why you haven't purchased it?

Can this phone be unlocked to use with a different carrier?

Iv'e done this with 3 old iPHones from AT&T, and an old Galaxy S from T-Mobile. After unlocking them, I put the SIM cards from the free LifeLine government cell phones in them. A few finds in nursing homes can't see very well and or don't have the dexterity to operate the tiny buttons and the tiny candy bar phones that they were given. They all work great. I just connected the phones to the facility's WiFi, for internet purposes. Those old girls love their YouTube! Would I be able to do that with this phone?

I can only say that since there is a Sim card you may be able to do it. But I cannot say for sure. Verizon is very strict about their equipment. If it were me I would check with a Verizon tech before I tried it. Unless you have one of these phones now then all you can do is give it a try. Good luck.

Can you use the home button when case is closed? Also, does S voice work with case closed?

No, when the case is closed the phone is in sleep mode--not powered off completely, but you have to open it to use the power buttons--it is like a wallet. .

Yes, but this particular phone is also available through other carriers. I opted for Verizon, you do have a choice.

according to ur website it says u have note 3 verizon in store,true?

because it don't say preorder n it states in store availability only!

I purchased my Galaxy Note 3 at Best Buy & got a great price & excellent support from the store & from Verizon. It is available at both places. I got the Note 3 because I prefer the looks over the 4. I love that it is so much larger. I dislike small phones.

Baterry Life?

How many hours of talk time do you get on this phone?

I have not counted the hours specifically but I have my phone on all day & evening. I charge it before I retire for the night. It holds the charge well unless you have the screen set to stay on for the maximum setting. I have mine set to go off after 1 minute. The screen takes a lot of battery use. It also depends on if you download a great deal, & stream videos/movies which I do not do. Each person is different & it depends on what & how often you use it & what you do with it. Hope this helps a little.
