What's great about it: Size
What's not so great: Charge battery every other day.
Love this phone especially the display size. My son as a iphone but my
phone is a bit larger and easier to read-especially if you wear glasses. Also, the phone is light and the price was great. Best Buy was doing a special and you got to apply the $50 credit right to your purchase if you wanted to. You didn't have to wait for an email, etc.
This product is... Easy navigation, Tough/durable

how do i download photos to PC?

You can upload through facebook from your cell phone or use a cable to upload your pictures.
